I’m a Registered Dietitian who has made it her mission to simplify nutrition. My goal is to help individuals achieve a healthy and balanced relationship with food, while feeling more confident in their everyday food choices.
Trust me, I’ve been there. I’ve experienced firsthand how frustrating and unsustainable dieting can be. The cycle of restriction, starting over, and chasing the next “best” approach that often leads right back to where you started.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
When I shifted away from rigid rules and began focusing on balance, flexibility, and what my body actually needed, everything changed. I was able to build habits that felt consistent, realistic, and sustainable—without restriction or extremes.
In a world where an overabundance of health, wellness, and fitness information is at our fingertips, it’s difficult to navigate through what’s actually credible or just another diet fad. Carbs are bad, fruit has too much sugar, start your day with a green juice — how many of these trends are legitimate, and will they actually benefit my health?
Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated. I use an evidence-based approach to provide realistic health and wellness advice in a way that’s specific to you. Our needs are all so different, and there is no one size fits all for nutrition. My counseling philosophy is collaborative, empathetic, and non-judgmental. Together we will create goals that work for you and your lifestyle, rediscovering the joy in eating without having to overthink it.
